Biography
Ricardo E. Vielledent represents clients in state and federal courts in all aspects of litigation for clients of all sizes. Mr. Vielledent’s areas of expertise include personal injury litigation, employment litigation, particularly issues dealing with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act (TCHRA), the Fair Credit and Reporting Act, the Texas Workers' Compensation Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), breaches of employment contracts, including non-compete litigation. Federico A. Vielledent represents clients in a variety of corporate and transactional matters. Mr. Vielledent’s areas of focus include domestic and cross border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and estate planning for high net-worth individuals. Mr. Vielledent represents both U.S.-based and international clients in cross-border transactions involving inbound and outbound mergers and acquisitions, business law, real estate law, corporate law and various other transactional legal services. Mr. Vielledent’s corporate and securities experience includes the formation of various business entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, and joint ventures for both U.S.-based and international clients. He has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts which involve both domestic and international transactions. Additionally, Mr. Vielledent advises foreign and multinational high net worth individuals and families in connection with cross-border estate planning and international tax treaties.
